Long cycles therefore mean longer PMT?

I believe this is the case! Well for me anyway!

My cycles are 40 fucking days long...so compared to the average of 28 days, that's 12 more fucking days, on top of the 10-12 existing days in a 28DC of FUCKING PM FUCKING T!!!

Thats 12 more additional days of irritability, anxiety, low mood etc...!!!

Or AIBU?....Should people with longer cycles get the same PMT length of time?

I used to have a 50 day cycle with no pmt. now I have 29-35 with awful pmt. it’s different for everyone.
