Can I still get a proscription from there? I got the 30 days notice last week and i plan to register with a new one this week but from reviews it seems this new gp takes a while to register you.

Ring your old practice and ask. It depends if they've deregistered you already. Then get registered with a new GP asap. It literally takes 10 minutes to register a patient. Your computer notes usually go GP2GP and your old paper notes follow after.

Yes they should do your prescriptions until you get a new patient appt with a new surgery
