My DS (10) had a Kindle Fire. The charging port is kaput. The tablet is old and slow now and unwilling to throw money at it to change the port.
Going to replace it via a Christmas present. I really don't like Kindle Fires - they're unintuitive, cluttered, full of amazon adverts and no google play store. DS actually treats stuff (or his tablet at least!) really well so was thinking about spending a bit more this time assuming he will have it for several years.
Don't want to spend too much though. Up to £200. Less if poss.
Anyone recommend one?
