Period 4 days late but negative tests!

Hi all. I hope everyone is well. I have had regular cycles since stopping the depo injection earlier in the year. For the first time, my period is 4 days late. I have done multiple tests and all negative. Is it possible I could be pregnant? I have started to feel nauseous today and have had tender nipples for the last couple of days. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi, what tests did you use? I had those cheapy strips from Amazon which are supposed to be reall y senditive / early detection, and I only got the fainist positi e the day after my missed period. Did a clear blue a day after and got a strong positive. So may depend on the brand.

As far as having regular cycles, changes in your lifestyle may affect this, even if you are regular. I am usually 25 days like clockwork, but did keto diet for a bit and went up to 29 which I hadn't expected as didn't know this could be a side effect.
