I'm hoping someone can help with this. I've just bought something from Facebook, and I need a refund of a small amount. The seller has refunded me, but I haven't got it. After discussion it seems she refunded to an old email attached to the PayPal account. It was definitely my old email address, so I believe her, but it's nowhere that I can see when I've checked my PayPal settings. Is there anywhere else it could be hiding other than under the part titled 'email address'? I just can't fathom how it was even visible to her.
