Holiday in Scotland - Keeping 3 generations entertained

Hi all,

We’re planning on holidaying with my father in law and parents as well our 12 & 16 year old girls. As well as that, my father in law wants to travel by motorcycle and my parents want to bring their touring caravan. I’d quite like to be near the coast, I’d prefer a lodge/chalet or cottage either with caravan pitches on site or a site reasonable close for my parents. Anyone got any ideas where we could stay or any areas of Scotland where there’s enough to do to keep 3 generations entertained, it’s accessible for towing a caravan and a motorbike. We’re planning on going in either May or early Aug.

This is a lovely site in Dumfries and Galloway. It has lodges, caravans and space for tourers . You can walk into the village where there are 2 pubs. Lots of places to visit nearby, with beaches, lots of walking and mountain bike trails. The scenery is not as picturesque as the west coast of Scotland but weather is a bit more reliable

North Berwick or Dunbar!
