Can you request to be under a different cmht

My friend isn’t being properly cared for at her current cmht. Can she request to be in one in a different town but still local?

I believe you have to go through your care coordinator, or if they're part of the problem then go through PALS, or failing that go back to their GP and talk to them about a new referral to a different MCHT.
