Am i being Unreasonable?

My son, who is turning 11 is having a hockey game “party”. We let him invite a few friends to go to a game. A couple weeks ago, i sent texts asking the parents and had asked for an RSVP for the day before (which was last night), seeing as the party is tonight.
One parent, never responded. I had to send a text last night asking if the friend was coming. All she said was “i will let you know”. Am i being unreasonable for wanting a confirmation before the party (which is in a couple hours)
I still have not heard back from her! I am getting so pissed off. I assume she won’t be attending, but give me the consideration of telling me so!!

YANBU. I'm assuming you wanted to get tickets to the hockey game so of course you'd like to know who is coming. I think it's rude not to let you know - I hope she wasn't waiting for a better offer!

Just message and say, seeing as you haven't got back to me, unfortunately there's no longer a space for your dd as I have had to confirm numbers with the venue. Or something like that. And yes, it's rude not to reply to a party invite!

So rude! I would also assume not coming and invite someone else for their ticket.

I would text,

“this is a mass message to everyone who has not RSVPed for DS’s party.
As you have not confirmed your child’s place we have now filled all of the party numbers if your child would still like to attend the price for an extra place is £13, if you want to bring them they are more than welcome but please make sure you have cash as they don’t take cards.
Thanks Purplicious“

I hate people who don’t rsvp.

Her reply was very curt and rude .
