Paratha - it's really bad for you
Chicken Passanda creamy and lovely to mop up with the paratha. Or Dhansak - yummy.
Chana bhaji, sag aloo, brinjal bhaji
Pilau rice
Poppadom

I have honed this little collection over the years and these ar all my absolute favourite.

Craftycorvid · 08/11/2019 18:54

Ooh all of it. Grin. I love an Indian take away. Do you like chilli, OP? If so, a nice ‘masala’ or ‘balti’. If you like sweet/sour and creamy, a korma. And you can’t go wrong with a channa dhal.

PickAChew · 08/11/2019 18:54

Aloo saag. Always nicer than I make it.

hen10 · 08/11/2019 18:54

Am now kicking myself for letting DH go for fish and chips. Love an Indian takeaway.

rickandmorts · 08/11/2019 18:55

I always get chicken tikka saag, mushroom rice and a garlic naan.

Onion bhajis and pinch one of DPs meat samosas to start. Oh god I want one now Envy

twilightcafe · 08/11/2019 18:55

Chilli paneer
Lamb pasanda

SinglePringle · 08/11/2019 18:56

Tarka dahl. Garlicky lentil heaven. Especially with lemon rice, paneer shashlik and a spinach bhaji. Ultimate comfort food and I too am not a vegetarian.

Also... how old are you and why is this your first ever Indian?

SinglePringle · 08/11/2019 18:56

Oh... and a lamb chop to start!!

Diy2019 · 08/11/2019 18:59

So many choices, I might have to go back every week!

@singlepringle I'm 29 and I have no good excuse for not trying it before Blush

Ooh I forgot - potato chaat. Food of the Gods.

Pegase · 08/11/2019 19:03

Can't believe you've never had an Indian! If it is a standard (actually Bangladeshi) one I would have lamb dhansak if you can handle some but not too much spice. Prawn puri for starter. Sag aloo side.

HeatedDryer · 08/11/2019 19:04
