Kids magazine / newspaper subscription recommendations

My aunt is looking to by my DDs (age 7 & 9) a magazine subscription or similar for Christmas. We’ve had Whizz Pop Bang in the past so not that one but currently looking at Aquila, The Week Junior or First News.

Any opinions on the above or other recommendations?

we get first news delivered and it is a kids version of the newspaper, but includes little fun facts which helps make reading it more enjoyable
