What do you buy your cleaner for Christmas?

I've employed a cleaner for the first time this year. She only does too hours a week but she has changed my life! Should have done it years ago. I want to get her something for Christmas to show how much I appreciate her.
Would you buy her a present or give her a bonus? If it's a bonus, how much would you give her?

Box of chocolates with extra money.

We give the option for her to work over holidays if she wishes, if not, we she doesn't come we don't pay her. It's always worked very well.

We always do 1 week's pay bonus + some nice chocolates and/or wine

When we had a cleaner we gave her a bonus of £100. She would prefer cash than a gift and always appreciated it.
