Cleaner with a bad back

I thought I'd found the ideal job- cleaning three houses. It's good money, keeps me fit and works around the children and school. Two years on I'm almost crippled with lower back pain every day!

Gp prescribed a short course of co codamol and advised changing job Sad. I just hope someone has other suggestions or can tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Rough breakdown:
9am. - 4p.m. three days a week
Hoovering mopping hard floors under beds etc (lots of bending down)
Usual cleaning of toilets bathrooms kitchen as you'd expect
Hour or so of ironing
Changing beds (quite heavy mattresses)

Don't mind forking out for a new mop if that would help, I use an old fashioned mop and bucket? Or does anyone have any remedies or magic cures for bad backs? This is really getting me down.
Thanks.
