Christmas film list

What films do you almost always watch in the run up to Christmas?

For us it's

Nightmare Before Christmas

Arthur Christmas

Polar Express (which I can happily do without to be honest...)

Elf

Adults usually fit Die Hard 1+2 in ( yes, they are Christmas films Wink

and Eight Crazy Nights

Its not a fixed household tradition as such, but we probably do most years

What am I missing...

BusySittingDown · 07/11/2019 21:57

I absolutely adore the shit ones that are in daily on channel 5!

Always some grumpy workaholic woman (often Candace Cameron from Full House) who's a bit of a Scrooge, who ends up getting romanced by some handsome chappy who is secretly one of Santa's Elves/Sons/Santa himself. Or they're about a single mum with an adorable child who gets swept off her feet by aforementioned chap. So cheesy but instantly make me feel all Christmassy! [santa] Grin

Others I HAVE to watch:

The Santa Clause
Home Alone
Home Alone 2
Daddy's Home 2
Miracle on 34th Street
Love Actually
Gavin and Stacey Christmas Special
Christmas with the Kranks

duckme · 07/11/2019 21:58

White Christmas
Nativity!
