Fuse box help please

Lights are working but not sockets. I flicked the MCB switches down, and when i try to flick the sockets switch back up, it makes the RCCB go down. Everything in the house is unplugged.

I did google this but can't find an answer and I'm hoping not to have to call an electrician, can anyone help?

If you've unplugged everything from the sockets and it's still tripping out, then it sounds like an electrician job I'm afraid. Either a dodgy MCB, or a wiring fault in your house somewhere, either way it's a job for a pro, sorry !
