Has anyone tried the (Goldwell) Kerasilk Smoothing System (not a normal keratin treatment)?

How did you find it? What's your hair type? How long did the results last? How much did you pay? Before and after pictures would be great if possible :)

Yes I tried it. My hair is quite frizzy, it has a natural wave but isn’t curly. My hairdresser suggested it ‘perfect’ for my hair.

The treatment didn’t work at all. I wasn’t sure if it was because my hair was too strong for it and rang the salon who asked me to come back and they repeated it (approx three weeks later). After the second treatment, my hair was a little m bit smoother but not much and it didn’t make blow drying any easier or faster. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

I’m white European. It cost around €200 but I can’t remember the exact price. . The salon recommended it, said it would halve my blow drying time and while it wouldn’t straighten my hair, it would smooth it.

The first attempt didn’t work at all. The second attempt did work (according to the salon) but I didn’t see or notice any difference.

They also told me that it would be good for my hair. Again I didn’t notice any improvement.
