So I'm mid 50s, healthy BMI (just!), menopausal. In the past few years my fingers have either got fatter or swollen so my wedding, engagement and eternity rings no longer go on. Are they likely to go back down after the menopause? Or should I get my rings resized? I hate not being able to wear them.
