Tips for sleeping well

Just that really. For too long, I've used a couple of glasses of wine to wind down and relax before bed. First night without wine for a while and despite being tired, slept was elusive.

Make sure everything that you need for work ( if you work ) is sorted so yiu dont have to worry about it.
Turn all your screens off half a hour or so before bed.
I like listening to very quiet radio, ( normaly radio 4extra )
Make sure you room is whatever temp you like well before you go to bed so you are not trying to warm / cool it while getting in bed.
If you can't stop your mind ticking over once you are in bed write a short note in a note book close the book with ' that's delt with ' mind set .
