Hair colour

Any hairdressers about who can advise me what I need to ask the hairdresser for, for this colour hair. I’ve shown her the picture but mine has not come out the same colour.

Not a hairdresser, but I'd go with dark ash blonde.

Safest way is to ask for the colour swatch book and pick it out of there I would have thought.

Hello OP. Yes I see what you mean about your colour, it's not the same. It's hard to comment as I don't know what your hair was like before, maybe this is an excellent first attempt if your hair was a lot darker?? You done exactly what I would ask my clients to do, you showed a pic of exactly what you wanted and that's the best way as there is no room for confusion or interpretation.
