Parking in Leeds

Evening all,

Planning a weekend trip to Leeds at the end of November and staying on Hyde Park Road. Does anyone know of any good (free!) or cheap parking spots nearby from approx 9/10am on the Saturday to around 4/5pm on the Sunday. I have a largish Audi so needs to be both secure and enough space.

Thanks!

I live in Leeds. Free/cheap, secure, near Hyde Park Road, pick two.

You could try the Just Park app and see if there's a garage/driveway to rent, but it will cost you. Whether or not it will meet your definition of cheap is for you to decide.

Or you could probably leave it on the street or in the Woodhouse Moor car park and it might be OK, but there's a lot of demand for on street parking and possibly some resident's parking areas - result of lots of multiple occupancy terraced houses with possible multiple cars per property that only has one or two parking spaces per property so don't know how easy it will be to find a space.

If you want super secure, there's the Woodhouse Lane multistorey, but it's about a mile away and it will cost £12 for the weekend, which isn't that bad actually, but it depends whether you want/can do all the walking about.

You can just park on the road on hyde park road. A few students may try to walk on top of your car but parking is free.
