For the past few days I've had a very odd 'gurgling' sort of feeling on my right side, just below my ribs. I can't feel any bubbling/gurgling if I touch my side with my hand when it's happening. It doesn't hurt, just feels very strange. It's been happening quite a lot, several times an hour maybe? 
What is it?!
