Took a pregnancy test this morning because I’ve been having cramps and no signs of my period. And I got a faint blue line creating a plus sign!!! How do I upload the picture of it? I need you ladies to see it with Me and let me know what you think

We are trying for our 2nd baby. My little girl is 6, I'm 12 days after sex and having very slight cramps, feeling bloated all the time and hungry all the time? Could this be signs? I didnt have any signs the first time so not sure what to expect?
