Christmas mincemeat

I want to make my own mincemeat, but there are so many different recipes out there. I'm
Leaning towards delias but would live a recommendation

I made my own mincemeat last week and used Delia's recipe with a few tweaks. I also made my own candied peel which is 100 times nicer than bought.

I do Delia's but just use mixed dried fruit instead of the particular quantities she specifies for ease. You can get luxury ones with dried apricots and pineapple to make it more interesting. I also bung in some dried cranberries.

I’ve been using Delia’s recipe for years and it’s great. Also used Nigella’s rhubarb and vanilla for a change, which was good too.
