Person I got a management move away from is being rehoused in my area

I got a management move at the beginning of 2018. I have just found out the council are giving the person I moved away from a property that’s a 5 minute walk from mine. Due to transport links and the local shops I’m highly likely to bump in to them. No idea what to do, just needed to vent. I have enjoyed living peacefully .

I had to Google what a management move/transfer was. Reading this, modgov.lbbd.gov.uk/internet/documents/s100126/5-10-management-transfer.pdf, it does seem odd that the council would move this person so close to you. Do you think it's worth contacting the council & citizens advice to discuss your concerns on Monday?
