Mirena Coil Insertion, Feeling Faint

Had the Mirena coil put in this morning. Bit light headed after but otherwise fine, just very sore.

Just come over very faint and hot. Is that normal?

I had a bad couple of days after I had mine in.
At first I thought I'd picked up a bug.
Same happened when I had it out though.

That's what I feel like, as though I've suddenly got a virus.

I felt like I'd got a bit of everything, upset stomach, headache, bone ache etc.
It came on really suddenly too.
I felt like I'd had 'something done' as expected then started cycling through symptoms of everything.
Hope you get some positive replies because my experience was shite

My first one, I felt so ill that when I get home I just laid down on the floor for a couple of hours... The GP told me she'd had 4 and fainted after each one.

That was about 5.5 years ago because I had that one out and another one in earlier this year. I think it's brilliant, after the first couple of weeks I've had no problems at all.
