DH and I were supposed to be flying off somewhere for a long weekend this Saturday, but I'm too unwell to fly. DH has suggested a couple days in UK instead as I was gutted to cancel our trip which has been booked for ages. I'm pregnant and we're based in SE. Due to illness no camping/outdoorsy thing will work and I'm not looking for anything activity-filled - I need to be warm and ideally treated to a lovely breakfast each morning. Willing to drive down to SW (or up to around 3 hours North from our commuter town). Any ideas of where may work? Specific accommodation suggestions very welcome indeed...
