Mine are adults now but I always dressed up.
And also decorated the house.

I am an adult with no kids but I'm dressing up tomorrow (all day) and going into town. Grin

I normally wear a black dress and stick on a witch's hat to run the village halloween party.

CakeNinja · 31/10/2019 09:24

Not a chance!
Hate Halloween, hate fancy dress.
Ds is having a little Halloween tea party here this evening for some of his friends - I’m not dressing up!

Polkadotpride · 31/10/2019 09:26

Yep. I'm in fancy dress right now. My kids love it, I'm enjoying myself and I don't care what anyone thinks. There's a lot of misery over Halloween at the moment - I think it's fun!

Camomila · 31/10/2019 09:30

I do most years using things I've already got plus maybe whiskers made of eyeliner or a witches hat.

I'm nearly 7m pregnant so have no clothes that I can think of to make halloweenesque, DH is in charge of taking DS trick or treating and I'll open the door to the other DC in cosy clothes!

jillandhersprite · 31/10/2019 09:36

Kind of - I wear a long black dress. I don't normally wear it with my pointy black boots but I do on Halloween!
When I take the kids out to trick or treat I will plonk on a witches hat...

happypotamus · 31/10/2019 10:06

No. If I can't think of a reason not to, I might have to take them to the locally organised trick or treat at the weekend (a large group of kids from a few streets go round together so people just open the door once and hand out loads of sweets rather than having to get up every few minutes to a couple of kids). I do have an adult sized glittery black cape somewhere I can wear for that and we have loads of witch's hats/ halloween headbands I can put on

Greenbutterlfy566 · 31/10/2019 10:51

Head bands are a good idea
