Baby movement

Currently expecting DC2 and I just can't remember whether this is normal or not. It's hard to explain but currently 33 weeks and whilst I can still feel DC move. Over the last week or two it's like he is running out of space so it's like a leg stretch here or the occasional jab. I remember at 28 weeks it felt like he was doing a dance sometimes. Did others find this was the case as I imagine he has grown a lot so probably does have less room to wriggle around.
Tried to ring midwife but couldn't get through today. Although as I can still feel him move not sure what they would say.

You need to ring your local antenatal assessment centre as any change in fetal movements need to be investigated. If you don't have the number, contact the labour ward and they'll put you through

I'm similar to you OP. Because the change was gradual rather than an overnight change I didn't call. MAU. I spoke to my midwife at an appointment about it and she dopplered and said everything sounds fine. Movement does change because there's less room, I know what you mean about going from a dance to more like lots of jabs.
