Lemon Drizzle help please!

Hello - I’m making a lemon drizzle and I’ve just realised I do not have any granulated sugar for the topping, just caster or Demerara.

I can’t get to the shop. Does anyone have any brilliant ideas? Would Demerara with lemon and a bit of orange work?!

Thanks to anyone who can help

I’d use the caster.

Caster will be fine!!

Caster sugar will be better than demerera.

I'd use the caster, it'll dissolve a bit quicker in the drizzle but will still be good

Yep my recipe calls for caster

Thank you so so much! I will use caster.

I always use caster for my drizzle!

I use caster as I don't use granulated sugar at home, but I never manage to get that crunchy sugar top, I think you need granulated for that.
