DWP work coach job interview

I have an interview for a work coach role next week ..! Has anyone else had an interview for this role or is anyone working as a work coach? Any tips / advice for the interview would be much appreciated!

Not this role but have had 2 civil service interviews and was successful in both. I use the Star method for answering the questions.
