We've had British Gas Homecare for a number of years now and this is the second year in a row that my boiler service has been cancelled the day before and rescheduled to January. Really poor customer service and can never get through on the phone or on their website. Issues with energy too but that's easy to switch!
What alternatives do people use for boiler cover? We currently have boiler, electrics and plumbing homecare. With a baby on the way, we want belt and braces!
