Anxiety has got the best of me again! So sleepy but feel sick.

Why are you awake & what are your plans for tomorrow?

I am going to make a start on buying Christmas cards and looking for gifts and I am also going to do some yoga.

Awake. Bastarding cat at 3am and then my overactive worrying mind has kept me awake. This is only, oh, about the 5th night in a row.

Tomorrow I have to do my usual insane commute for school run. Fun

Dd2 woke up at 3.30 yesterday and 4 today
Will only not scream hysterically if on my lap and breastfeeding. And pinching me. She's 22 month old and def too old for this kind of shit imo. Dh away. Taking dd1 to school and ice invited a school mum for coffee. Bit nervous about that as we need to renovate and the house is a bit skanky and I suspect she lives in a beautiful house. But I like her and really need to make new friends in a new area.

@notthemum you'll get there. One step at a time.

Sod it - I’m going down to the kitchen to make tonight’s soup.

To all the insomniacs, mums, cat-mums/dog-mums, worriers, anxiety sufferers: solidarity.

Awake here... Actually feel like I haven't slept at all.

For the last few nights my mind has started racing when I get into bed. Just haven't been able to switch off Sad

Morning everyone. The rest of the world all start waking up when we’ve been up for hours!

@BishopFrownatStThigh
Thanks but it doesn't feel like it at the moment.
