Where have you purchased a bed from recently?

Looking to buy a super king with a large headboards, maybe sleigh style. Who would you recommend to buy one from?

I’ve always got my beds/ mattresses from carpet right. The prices are always good too. had a new mattress from them once and after 4 years it started to split and they replaced it straight away .

we wanted it and the matresses to be available immediately, most other companies had weeks delivery times.

We bought a Simba super king bed frame and mattress because our double was too small for us, the bed invading toddler plus child number 2. Very pleased with it so far, only negative is the mattress doesn't have handles on to rotate it.

Forgot to add the bed frame headboard is nice and big. Quite a soft wool cover. We have still bought some big cushions for when we sit up and read in bed but is ok without.
Tetrad do some lovely comfy headboards/bed frames the are generously upholstered so you don't need any extra pillows or cushions. Have a really wide choice as well if you want fabric that's a bit different.

I always look for a local independent - maybe I've just been lucky, but they have, in all cases, beaten the national chains on both price and lead time.

Got mine in the January sales at dreams, sleigh style side opening ottoman bed. Light grey fabric. I love it, my favourite piece of furniture :)

My Ikea bed is so so comfortable! Lots of mattress options and so much cheaper than John Lewis etc

I bought a king-size ottoman from Dreams recently. I am so pleased with the bed and the service was great. I paid extra to have the delivery guys assemble it... well worth it as they were done really quickly and took all the packaging too.
