I have tried google already without much info. I’m waiting on a parcel from California, ordered mid-September. I haven’t had a customs note yet to pay the extra charge. Is anyone else still waiting on a delivery from USA? Is there a backlog perhaps?

Did you get a tracking number from the vendor? If so, try plugging it into the original postal service's website, then the Royal Mail's tracking service. That may tell you where the parcel is.

Maybe RM is holding it until charges are paid. I received a parcel from the US (sent via UPS) within 7 days. RM left a card saying I had to pay charges before it could be released by my local post office.

Yes the tracking number from the vendor confirms it left the US on 25th September. Usually I get a card from RM telling me something is waiting and I need to pay the customs charge. I’ll see if the tracking number works on the RM website.

Ok so I’ve clicked the tracking number (which I didn’t do before) and it looks like my package is being used in an international game of tennis between LA and London. It looks like it arrived in UK on 29th, went back to LA on 30th and now it says it’s back in London. The bit that is confusing me even further is it says addressee being notified of charges 1st October? Where is my packaaaage
