Best laundry detergent to remove urine smells?

Boring thread alert.

My DD has a medical condition and as a result struggles with accidents throughout the day. I have been washing her clothes at 90C but they are still smelling a bit whiffy after a thorough pre-wash and wash. She puts her clothes in a small bucket and I wash them every day or every other day, depending.

Can someone please recommend a better washing routine, or stronger laundry detergent than the bog standard stuff I'm using?

Should I rinse with vinegar or something like that?

Surf powder, plus some Zoflora in the fabric conditioner drawer instead of fabric conditioner.

Line drying i found was most effective way of getting rid of smells

Bio powder is probably best. Maybe use dettol laundry cleanser or zoflora in the fabric softener compartment

There is a urine smell remover spray you can get on amazon. Sorry I don't have a link - I think it's for furniture and needs to soak in but it might be worth a try?

Urine remover sprays use enzymes. Bio powder also contains enzymes so can work too

My current tried and tested methods due to potty training accidents here are...

White vinegar- Mix 1 cup to 3 cups of water and soak the clothes in it for a few minutes.

Bicarbonate of soda- add 1/2 a cup to the wash.

I’ve found that if they sit too long with the urine on them the smell becomes even more horrendous to try and get rid of.
I also second the other opinions on here that a biological washing powder is more efficient and then line drying the clothes outside.
