Please can anyone tell me who to contact to realise if E S Parking have this gentleman's car In their possession and how do they have the right to tow the car away.....and deprive him of his car. This car is his independence as he cannot walk very far due to his illness. Would be so grateful if anyone can offer any advice/help. Thank you.
