No pictures, pretty please 🙏

I haven’t seen a gigantic one in a week and can feel myself beginning to relax a little - not doing that fearful rapid scanning of the floor as I move around the house of an evening (our home gets loads of floor-scuttling ones in late August/September).

I even briefly considered sitting down on the floor with DS to watch tv tonight.

I don’t want to speak too soon but once it gets cold, that’s usually just about it for the winter, right?

This is one benefit of living in a flat that you don't get so many.

I mostly see them on walls and ceilings so always look up to check.

I've not seen much tbh so I'm guessing it is.

Its been prolific this year hasn’t it?! I think it calming down now though. I’ve been resident spider catcher in my house after the ones residing in our tomato plants (outside) BIT my husband Shock.
