What happens if...?

Hypothetical:

Someone's been told not to contact the victim as a bail condition.

They approach them, non-aggressively, fairly amicably, but the victim is threatened because of nature of the charges.

What likely happens if this is reported?

It's still a breach of bail conditions. If it was reported, the police would decide what to do - the person who has breached bail could be arrested, or they may just be warned.
