Is it possible to remove mould like this from grout or should I just replace it?

Any suggestions for the best way to remove the mould from the edges of the grout?
If not, is it possible to remove and replace the grout or would I have to replace the tiles as well?

Lakeland mould spray is the dogs bollocks.

We had a problem with mould coming through into our newly done bathroom from next door due to their building works. Their builders fixed it a few times, but it kept coming back. I tried all sorts to shift it & keep it away & nothing worked. I bought the Lakeland stuff, couldn't reach the ceiling corner where the mould was worse myself, so just shot the spray in that direction to test it the best I could, not thinking much would happen. All mould disappeared & hasn't come back 4 months later. It's fantastic stuff
