House valuation

I need to work out the approximate value of my house. I know what it was worth 10 years ago. Is there a calculator which would give the current price? I've looked at Zoopla but it's notorious for overestimating.

If you go on rightmove and go on sold house prices they sometimes have houses in your area which sold in the past year or so this can give you a rough idea
