Fucking idiot neighbours and their fucking barking puppy

It’s not the puppy’s fault obviously.

Our twat neighbours have done yet another brilliant thing (that followed putting a full drum kit in their kids bedroom, and playing electric guitar through an amp at 7am, and flooding our patio) by getting a puppy. He works full time and she works 3 full days a week. The puppy is alone and barking. I’m in bed and have been trying to get to sleep for twenty minutes and it’s just endlessly fucking barking. I’m so sick of their dumb bullshit, this is the last bloody straw. I feel like going round there and banging on the bloody door.

Poor puppy. Wait until you are in a calmer frame of mind and then go round and have a word with them. Also, invest in ear plugs.

Noisy neighbours are the worst thing. I used to live next door to a family who bought their kid a full drum kit. To be fair the kid used it at reasonable hours usually, but Halloween Angry.

Speak to your neighbors and let them know about the barking and nearly noise, we had the same and my neighbor didn’t know her dog was barking constantly when she was out. She was very apologetic and started taking her dog with her. Just speak to them casually and agree no loud toys before a certain time. Unfortunately if your trying to get sleep in the day and the neighbors are keeping you awake there isn’t much you can do/say as it’s the day, maybe invest in some ear plugs?

Sounds like your neighbours are massive twats. Mine have just bought/acquired what appears to be a half-bear. The bloody thing constantly hurls itself against the adjoining (very thin) walls and runs around the house getting over excited with its friend (also a small bear). At least they don't bark constantly like your neighbour's puppy does.

I did get a laugh the other day when I saw her being dragged down the road by them Wink.

I'll never understand the comments of 'buy some earplugs' - why should you in your own home? I've been subjected to 2yrs of bullshit from my neighbours and yours sound just as bad. It really can grind you down.
I don't like to confront them as they can be aggressive and petty. It may be worth having a word with yours, but as they sound like twats, this could make things worse.

Our neighbours have recently got a dog. I say recently, I've noticed it the last few months but I suppose they could have had it ages. It's only small, think westie or bischon in size. But fuck me! Every single day at about 8am, 1pm (granted I only notice those when I'm day off) and 10pm it barks for a solid half hour.
It's not the dogs fault, I get that, but Jesus it's annoying! It loud even through double glazing....I feel your pain OP.
