Hi,
My subject title defines the difference between diagnosis and feelings. My question is - what do you DO if you feel or experience these emotions?
Thank you,
Phil

Firstly and most importantly, I'll make an effort to embrace whatever I'm feeling. I.e if I feel sad, I'll let myself feel sad. I try to push it to the surface else I would just suppress and this would draw it out and make me feel worse.

I'll try to talk to family, friends and anyone else who'll lend an ear who I feel I can trust. Each time I tell someone how I'm feeling, I feel a little bit lighter.

I make a conscious effort to make myself busy doing things I enjoy. I've recently started to create homemade Christmas wreaths and other decorations. It helps me not to get all too consumed and overwhelmed.
