Plastering conservatory question..

... Fascinating stuff I know 😁😁

Our conservatory is currently just brick and we are looking to get the walls plastered. It doesn't have any skirting board which is something we would like to add as well.. DIY novice/idiot question...

Do you have the plaster done first or the skirting board? Assuming the plaster then skirting board over the top?

Also what kind of tradesman can fit skirting boards? Thanks!

Plaster then skirting boards, our plasterer fitted ours and the coving, quite often tradesmen are skilled in a few areas, other than that a carpenter will do it.

It's not a particularly hard job with the right tools, I've fitted skirting boards myself but will have a go at anything.

Great thank you! Neither of us remotely handy 🤣 so will ask when I ring plasterers for quotes. Cheers!
