How old for dc to watch these movies?

Dc1 is 8 and I'm trying to expand their repetoir of movies and start moving away from kiddie films.

I want to show them the following and not sure when is age appropriate. What would you do?

Titanic
Sister Act
Grease
Mamma Mia
Deep impact
Terminator (dhs query!!)

Castaway
