Newish to FB & thought my settings were tight but am now confused!

I commented on something in a closed group.

A friend of mine (not in the group) has acknowledged my comment.

Has she purposely joined this group?
Did she receive notification that I had commented within a closed group?

What happened??

You can see the members of the group so check if she's on there.

Was the group post set to only for the group members or anyone to see

Turns out there was a public group and a closed one. Thought I’d posted on the closed but hadn’t, which was fine, I was just surprised.
