I have Curry's KnowHow cover and have done for about 4 years for my washing machine. It's £5 a month and I've used it once so to be honest I should've just saved the money and could have bought a new washing machine by now!
Whenever I try to phone them I get through to an automated service which can never find my policy.
Today I've had a letter which explains why - whoever set up the policy spelt my name wrong. Like, impressively wrong.
The letter was from HotPoint telling me I have no washing machine cover
presumably as they and Curry's are unrelated but you know...
So, can I just cancel the Direct Debit to avoid having to tackle the automated system or would this cause grief in the long run?
