What do you do when your feeling down/having a bad day?

Chocolate, takeaway dinner, wine?
Anything that doesn't involve food and drink?? Grin

Feeling super stressed today and could do with a pick me up. All suggestions welcome Smile

bath full of bubbles or nice smelling oils, face mask (i just mash up a banana and apply it). soak and read with a glass of wine

If I can I get out of the house and go for a coffee somewhere with a book. Otherwise do my nails, or listen to favourite songs on Spotify. Or watch old episodes of Father Ted. Sorry you've had such a crappy day.

Go for a walk. Somewhere nice if it is daytime, but even pavement pounding helps clear my mind.

Chocolate! And my Apple Music feel good playlist which has a few hundred songs that lift me up. 90s r&b, dance, stuff like that. Also I do yoga as stretching helps get all my stress out.
