Lemon curd cake.

I'm SURE I saw a recipe for a lemon curd loaf a while back, but all was forgotten about until now..
I've half a pot of yoghurt that needs using up and some fancy lemon curd lurking in the cupboard which made me think, "oooh! I know what I'll do"

I can't find what I saw! All the Lemon curd cake recipes are for a lemon victoria sponge sandwiched with curd, or a butter sponge with the curd mixed in.
It was yogurt, olive oil, lemon curd, flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder and it comes out as a simple looking, rich yellow loaf.

Can anyone help?
(Nope, I cannot guess the measurements! I'm not a fantastic bakerBlush)

Sure @SilverySurfer it's handwritten in a book full of food stains so I'll just write it out not photo ;)

115g butter
115g caster sugar
2 eggs
140g SR flour 2 serving spoons lemon curd
Grated lemon rind

Topping : juice of 1 lemon and 4 tbsp sugar

Preheat to 175. Line a loaf tin. Cream sugar and butter together. Beat in eggs then add flour, curd and rind.

Mix into a smooth batter and pour into tin. Bake for 30 mins or so

Remove from oven and use a fork to prick holes all over (for the drizzle)

Bring lemon juice and sugar to the boil and then pour over the cake while the cake is still warm.

Delish! It was my dad's favourite :)

Are you positive it had lemon curd in? My first thought was that it's an Italian yoghurt pot cake - if you Google there are lots of recipes, but they all have lemon, not curd.
