Scape rooms

Has anyone doen this as a couple?
Is it worth it?

Well obviously it depends on the couple. I haven't done one just with DH because I know he'd be a bit useless bless him.

I've done a few with my DP, we've escaped twice and failed the rest. A few rows almost happened during the 'escape' over our differing ideas on how to do things however remembering that you are being watched on CCTV helps keep tempers in check

I’ve done it with 4 or more, I think two you are pushing it to escape plus it’s more fun with more people I think

I wouldnt do it as a couple, its more of a group activity for 4-6 people. If you like logic puzzles, quizzes etc you would enjoy it.

I’ve done it in a team for work (there were 5 of us) it was good fun and we escaped. I’m not sure it would be that good as a couple though.

Well, there is a saucy-sounding one at Whitechapel, 50 Shades of Red, which I do fancy having a go at avec DH as that could be fun. But usually they're more rewarding in a group of about 4-6.

Unless you are very good at them, or do one aimed at 2 people, you are probably going to struggle to be honest. We've done about 10, and the only one we failed was with 3, the rest were 4-5 people. We love them though!

I've done three with friends. We all had a fantastic time and beat the clock in all of them. Set a new record in one of them.
