Stupid question alert! Grin

If you sign up to the free trial, does this mean you can watch films on Prime Video for free?

Yes, though the free trial still requires you to sign up with payment details and if you don’t cancel before the free trial ends you will be charged the amount for a month. You can cancel at any time though, and access if retained for however long your payments cover (I.e if you forget to cancel and they take payment, then you immediately cancel, you would still have access for the month you had paid for).

I should also have said that the only films and tv shows that are free on prime are those highlighted as “included with prime” usually by a little icon in the corner of the label for each film or show. Other films would need to be bought as a digital copy and then watched via prime (you wouldn’t lose these even after you cancel prime)

My kids have told me to do this for ages, finally did. Yes to tv etc. If you have your bank details stored as a existing customer they just use that.
Soooo good for next day delivery, I’m keeping mine especially with Xmas coming up

Thank you both. I naively thought everything on Prime Video would be free in the trial. 🙂
