My DD has managed to set up a PIN in her phone which she is not allowed. She has tried to remove it but the option is now greyed out.
A quick Google says you can use the 'Clear Credentials' option, you can then select the Swipe option again.. but it also warns this will clear all contents.
Does this mean all apps and photos etc? Or is it something more 'behind the scenes'?
